These terms govern purchases, memberships and use of the Premium MT5 EA website and its digital products.

Digital products and licences

Products are licensed to the purchasing customer for personal use unless a product page states otherwise. Files, source code, set files and documentation may not be redistributed, resold, published or shared without written permission.

Payments and delivery

Prices and included files are shown on each product page. Access is normally provided after successful payment confirmation through My Account, the order email or an agreed secure delivery channel.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for checking platform compatibility, broker requirements and configuration before purchase and before live use. Test every Expert Advisor in MetaTrader Strategy Tester and on a demo account.

No performance guarantee

Trading systems do not guarantee profits. Historical, simulated and third-party results may not reflect future results. Use of any product is at your own risk and remains subject to the separate Risk Disclosure.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass licensing controls, interfere with the website, distribute malicious files or use the service unlawfully.
