How many credits does one EA require?
One eligible EA costs one membership credit. Your remaining balance is always visible under My Account → EA Membership.
When does my membership become active?
Your plan activates automatically after WooCommerce confirms payment. You can then sign in and redeem eligible EAs from their product pages.
Which products can I redeem?
Eligible downloadable products show a “Redeem with membership” box on the product page. Products whose download file is still pending cannot be redeemed yet.
Do unused monthly credits carry forward?
No. Starter and Professional allowances are valid for their 30-day membership period. A renewal starts a fresh allowance.
What happens when my 30-day plan expires?
Unused credits expire and new redemptions stop. Products you already redeemed remain listed in your WooCommerce Downloads area.
Will the same EA use another credit?
No. Once an EA is redeemed on your account, redeeming that same product again does not consume another credit, including after renewal.
Where can I download my redeemed EAs?
Open My Account → Downloads. Each successful redemption creates a WooCommerce download permission tied to your account.
What does the Unlimited plan include?
The Unlimited plan provides lifetime membership with no credit limit and no membership expiry for all eligible EAs.
Does membership change MT4 or MT5 compatibility?
No. Check each product page for its required platform, version, symbols and setup instructions before redeeming it.
Are profits or trading results guaranteed?
No. Expert Advisors cannot remove market risk or guarantee returns. Test every EA in Strategy Tester and on a demo account before live use.
Can I still buy an EA without membership?
Yes. Membership is an additional access option. Products can still be purchased normally through the WooCommerce store.
Where can I get setup support?
Use the support information supplied with your order and include the EA name, platform version and a clear description of the issue.
