Digital Delivery and Download Policy

Premium MT5 EA sells downloadable software and related digital materials. After payment is confirmed, available files appear in My Account → Downloads or are delivered through the secure method stated on the product page.

Some executable or DLL-based files may be blocked by email providers. In those cases, support will arrange an appropriate secure delivery channel after confirming the order.

If a download is missing, damaged or inaccessible, contact support@premiummt5ea.com with the order number and product name. Do not send broker passwords or trading-account credentials.
