Important Trading Notice
Automated trading and Expert Advisors involve financial risk. Test all settings on a demo account first. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
7-Day 100% Money-Back & Remote Desk Setup Guarantee
We stand behind the engineering quality of our Expert Advisors. Every purchase is backed by our comprehensive 7-Day Performance & Setup Guarantee.
Step 1
Remote Desk Setup Assistance
If your EA is not placing orders or executing trades upon installation, our senior algorithmic engineers will securely connect with you via Remote Desk (AnyDesk or TeamViewer). We will configure your MT4/MT5 terminal, verify your broker's symbol suffix, enable required algorithmic trading permissions, and load optimized .set parameter presets.
Step 2
100% Full Refund Guarantee
If after our technical engineers perform the remote desk setup, the Expert Advisor still remains non-functional and fails to place orders as designed, we will immediately refund 100% of your payment. No hassle, no delays.
Step 3
Free Replacement Option
Alternatively, if you prefer to test a different trading strategy or your broker's specifications require a different trading logic, you may select any other Expert Advisor of equal value from our catalog of 670+ robots at zero extra cost.
